Recycling & Sustainability

Sterling CPI is committed to recycling and sustainability efforts both locally and globally. Our team believes such a commitment must begin at home. We recycle over 90% of our waste, which equals 1-million plus pounds per year. Additionally, in 2018 we recycled 442-tons of cardboard the equivalent total weight of 130 automobiles! Our four-water filtration and dispensing systems have saved over 33,000 plastic bottles. We recycled 26,000 pounds of plastic wrap and banding in 2018. Also we have:

• -Motion detection lighting to conserve power
• -Forklifts converted from gas to electric units
• -Electric automobile charging stations for employees

As part of our global commitment Sterling CPI makes an annual donation to The Plastic Bank. The Plastic Bank is recognized as one of the leading global organizations committed to ending Ocean Plastic by bringing over 1 billion people together to monetize waste while improving lives.
